I grew up in Wichita and graduated from Trinity Academy in 2003. I attended Kansas State University for my undergraduate degree, graduating in 2008. I also earned a master’s degree from Baker University in 2016 and have taken some math classes at Wichita State.

I am currently working toward getting enough graduate math credits to be qualified to teach dual-credit math classes.
I began my career teaching math at Augusta High School from 2008 to 2012. I returned to AHS in 2017. I currently teach Algebra I, Algebra II, and Statistics. In the past, I have also taught Pre-Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and Principles of Engineering.
I taught math and engineering at Kapaun Mt. Carmel from 2012 to 2016. I then spent one year teaching math at Clearwater High School before returning to AHS.
My wife Jessica and I have been married for 10 years. We have five kids ages newborn to 8 years, and we homeschool our children. We live in Augusta and attend St. James parish.
My personal interests include playing with my children, reading great books, watching classic and art house movies, and gardening.
